Sunday!

Didn't sleep well last night, sadly. I mean, I slept well for the 1-2 hours at a time that I slept.

7:00am - oatmeal, 40oz water
8:00am - 1c peach slices
11:00am - 112gr cottage cheese, apple
1:30pm - 2c homemade chili, 40oz water
5:45pm - 1oz cheese, toast, 3oz turkey
7:00pm - 4.5mile walk
8:00pm - 16oz water, Reese pb cups

OK, back from vacation and stuff. Still a bit sick but it's time to climb back in the saddle!

10:45am - 100gr yogurt, 1c blackberries
3:15pm - vegetable soup, 40oz water
6:45pm - 125gr turkey breast, baked potato, 40oz water
8:45pm - light hot chocolate, apple
