My feet are finally healed from the walking I did a couple weeks ago while wearing shoes that aren't made for walking long distances. We're going to the mall on the weekend to get good walking shoes. I'll be back to walking a few times a week starting Monday. =D

Weigh-in today - I lost .8 pounds last week, so I've lost 16.2 pounds total. David has lost 20.4 pounds total. I'm glad the holidays are over (and that I didn't gain anything!). =)

It's Christmas and I've been good for almost two months, so I'm having a few treats.
Day 55 - 28 points (plus 6.5 extra points), no exercise
Weigh-in today - I lost 1 pound last week, so I've lost 15.4 pounds overall. David has lost 20.2 pounds overall.

Weigh-in today - I lost 2.2 pounds. David lost 1.6 pounds. That means that I have lost 14.4 pounds overall and David has lost 18 pounds! I have lost 5 inches off my waist overall. =D

Weigh-in today - I lost another 2.4 pounds (12.2 pounds overall), and David is down 1.2 pounds (16.4 overall). I measured my waist the other day and I've lost 4 inches overall. =)
