Day 45 - 28 points (plus 2 weekly points), 3.55km walking in hilly Malden Park =D
Day 46 - 28 points (plus 2 weekly points), 4.25km walking
Day 47 - 28 points (plus 1 weekly point), no exercise
Day 48 - 28 points (plus 10 weekly points), no exercise
Weigh-in today - I lost 2.2 pounds. David lost 1.6 pounds. That means that I have lost 14.4 pounds overall and David has lost 18 pounds! I have lost 5 inches off my waist overall. =D
Day 49 - 28 points (plus 5.5 weekly points), no exercise
I used 22 weekly points this week.
