Weigh-in today - I lost another 1.6 pounds. David lost 1.4 pounds. I'm down 23.2 pounds total and David is down 26.6. I'm 30 pounds from my goal of 185 and 15.1 pounds from being under 200 pounds for the first time in over 10 years. =)

Weigh-in today - I lost .8 pounds and David lost a pound, so I've lost 20 pounds total and David has lost 24.4. =)

I used all 35 weekly points, plus 7 extra points this week (I thought I had 21 weekly points left yesterday, when I had used 21 and actually had 14 left). I suck. =(

Day 65 - 28 points (plus half a weekly point), no exercise other than putting away all the Christmas decorations (which meant many times up and down the basement stairs)

Day 67 - 28 points, and I shovelled the driveway twice
