Week 13

Day 85 - 27 points, no exercise

Day 86 - 27 points (plus 5 weekly points), 2.73km walking, 2 activity points earned

Day 87 - 27 points, no exercise

Day 88 - 27 points, 2.15km walking, 2 activity points earned

Day 89 - 27 points (plus 7 weekly points), 4.65km walking, 4 activity points earned

Day 90 - 27 points (plus 10 weekly points), no exercise

Weigh-in today - I lost another 1.6 pounds. David lost 1.4 pounds. I'm down 23.2 pounds total and David is down 26.6. I'm 30 pounds from my goal of 185 and 15.1 pounds from being under 200 pounds for the first time in over 10 years. =)

Day 91 - 27 points (plus 13 weekly points), no exercise

I used 35 weekly points this week. I earned 8 activity points, but didn't use them.
