Friday, Feb 6

Breakfast: 1 small white grapefruit, 3 clementines (2 points)
Snack: 2 slices of Weight Watchers wheat bread, 1 slice low fat swiss cheese (2 points)
Lunch: 2 slices whole grain bread, 1/3c 2% cheese, 1c mushrooms, 1 tomato (4 points)
Snack: 1/2c baby carrots, 3 black pepper pappadums (1 point)
Dinner: 100gr pork loin chop, 1/2c rice, 1c baby bok choy (4 points)
Snack: 1c strawberries, 1 sugar-free pudding cup (2 points)
Snack: 2sl whole grain bread (2 points), 2tbsp pb (4 points), 1 mug light hot chocolate (1 point)

Friday weigh in

I am down 4 pounds this week.

Feb. 5

Breakfast:
Light & Fit yogurt and a peach cup.
Snack:
Kellogg's Fiber Plus bar.
Lunch:
Enchilada soup
Snack:
100 calorie hostess cupcake things.
Dinner:
1/2 packet of Thai Kitchen noodle cart roasted garlic rice noodles
About 1/4 cup of grilled chicken strips.
About 3/4 cup of peas.
Dessert:
3/4 cup of strawberries, SF pudding made with skim milk, 100 calorie brownie.
Water:
About 6 cups that I can remember.

I had to fast this morning for blood work, so I didn't have 'breakfast' per se:

2 turkey pepperoni sticks
2 babybel light
2 mugs of hot chocolate
2 slices of whole grain bread
1/3c shredded 2% cheese
1c mushrooms
2c stir-fried vegetables and 2oz turkey

OK, so nobody seems to want to make the first post, eh?
I'll be in Hamilton visiting Anna today but will try to write everything down. Yesterday was a holiday for me so it's not really indicative of my normal eating and I'd hate for that to be the very first food post of the revitalized blog. Hehe.
