Feb. 5

Breakfast:
Light & Fit yogurt and a peach cup.
Snack:
Kellogg's Fiber Plus bar.
Lunch:
Enchilada soup
Snack:
100 calorie hostess cupcake things.
Dinner:
1/2 packet of Thai Kitchen noodle cart roasted garlic rice noodles
About 1/4 cup of grilled chicken strips.
About 3/4 cup of peas.
Dessert:
3/4 cup of strawberries, SF pudding made with skim milk, 100 calorie brownie.
Water:
About 6 cups that I can remember.
