Ahhh, Grasshoppah! You have missed me?
I am doing really well at my goals so I thought I'd come back, not so discouraged by feeling shitty. Today I weighed myself and am at 201! That's 9 pounds I've lost since July 28. :D I've cut out all sodas but one a day, all sugary treats like FCTC or cookies, and I've been drinking water.
Today I had 1.5 cups of Cheerios with 1/2 cup of milk for breakfast with 10 ounces of orange juice (can I tell you how much I love that they're providing orange juice for us now?!).
4 chicken strips and a cup of cottage cheese for lunch with 10 ounces of root beer
Chicken sandwich with barbecue sauce and a slice of American cheese with 2 8-ounce cups of grape Kool-Aid for dinner
Oh, and a piece of sugarless gum and a serving of water throughout the day.
Today I walked at work for 6.5 hours, walked to the babysitter's and back, and sat on my butt. I'm thinking of lifting my 5 pound weights for a little bit and maybe eating a plain baked potato, but I don't know yet.

OK, so it's been 5 weeks. I've seen a bit of a change but not enough for my satisfaction. I have 10 weeks until my vacation and my goal is to lose 30lbs. John weighed me this morning so he'll be keeping track. To do this, I will increase exercise to 35min/day and add in 10min of biking and 50 crunches and 120seconds of planks.
Also, I think we should aim to continue with the fruits/vegetables, water and exercise and add in either trying one new food/recipe a week or trying one new type of exercise. For this, it's fine if you just haven't eaten or done it in like 5-10 years. Everyone game for that?

10:30--I made French toast and ate 4 pieces with powdered sugar. Mmmm, was that nummy. I did not have a beverage because I was too freaking lazy after making tea for Maddie.
4:00--We had lunch! It was chipotle seasoned Taco Bell chicken tacos, the make-at-home variety. I had one and 1/4 a cup of what was left with Mexican flavored Kraft Shredded Cheese of Greatness. This time, I did consume a Liquid Refreshment of God because we freaking didn't get anything else at the store, due to our forgetfulness that sometimes, I need a different beverage.
That is all. I don't know what we're having for dinner, but I'm going to guess and say that I will eat 1/2 ham steak with ketchup, chicken broth-made-rice, and a Coke. There may be some desserty-bob, but I do not know exactly how far my laziness will extend this evening. It could be a bowl of Cookie Crisp. I will let you know tomorrow. Yes, I plan on coming back tomorrow. Bite me! Put me on your food list!

Ok, so I have a giant, giant list of all the things I've been consuming. Buuuut, I don't really think anyone wants to know how many bowls of Froot Loops I've shoved into my pie hole for the last however many months. So, I will give you the typical Amy day:
8:45--I usually eat a bowl of cereal. I make the rounds between Froot Loops, Corn Flakes with a banana, Rice Krispies with a banana, Cheerios with a banana, Special K, or Lucky Charms, depending on what the EDR has that day. Every other day, I either add a chocolate chocolate chip muffin or a tiny Danish. I have this with the Liquid Refreshment of God. Except once I had coffee and it was horrible.
11--I have lunch. It's almost always nasty. Usually I have cereal. Once we had a taco and a...Mexican THING (no, not that sort of thing). That was Saturday. Umm....I had a hamburger one day! And tater tots. And another day, we had roast beef of happiness. And another day we had chicken fingers! That seriously is all I've had. The rest of the time, it's been delicious cereal. And delicious Liquid Refreshment of God.
2:15--I have a snacky-poo. Usually it is a piece of boring ass cake. Sometimes it is a muffin. Once it was a cookie. That is all. Except for the Liquid Refreshment of God.
Sometime--We eat dinner at the Hive! Never at the right time! Always it is delicious! I eat the same freaking thing all the time. I will not bore you. I do have the list, but I won't type it. Today, I had a handful of M&M peanut butter ones at 7 this morning because it is the breakfast of champions! Then, for real breakfast at 9:15, I had a delicious, nutritious bowl of Lucky Charms, heavy on the oaties. And Liquid Refreshment of God.
At lunch, which was around 12:15, I had...well, whatever the fucking shit that was. I think it was a few bites of cheesy potatoes, 1/3 of a cup of cottage cheese, and...welll, hmm. What was that? Oh, yeah! I had a half of a roast beef sandwich with cheese and mayo. On whole wheat. With Liquid Refreshment of God.
For snacky-snack, which was at 2:30, Amy had a slice of lemony cake of happiness. With Cooooke, of course!
And, then, Amy drank a Sunkist, which is Jesus' Preferred Beverage, at 5.
But, I am good! I am awwwwesoooomeee! I walked a mile at 3mph on the Evil Treadmill. And I almost fell on my ass because I wiped off my eyes and, er, uh, forgot to walk. So, I was good. You can forget about the week I was not here. You can. Now.
