Day 6-Kim

7:00am 64oz of water and a bag of snack size 94% fat free popcorn
9:30am bagel with brie
11:00am 30 minutes of "endurance" level treadmill
64oz of water during workout
started another 64oz
11:45am apple
1pm 3/4 cup fat free refried beans with cilantro and tomatoes, 24oz green tea
4:45 repeat of earlier + 24oz of crystal light
sometime last night I also had 1/2 bagel, 2cups of brocolli and asparagus, a cheese stick, and dun dun dun tuna. (I'm officially going omnivore at least for a while)
9:45 20 minutes of treadmill
