3 pm: humongoid salad of about 1 1/2 cups spinach, some raw cauliflower, 6 grape tomatoes, a handful of olives, 1/4 cup garbanzo beans, 1 slice provolone, all drizzled with about 1 tbs. each of olive oil and balsamic vinegar; 1/2 of a whole wheat pita; about 1 1/2 cups raw veggies (carrots and snap peas); 16.9 oz water
6 pm: fried chicken (1 breast, 1 wing); about 2 cups salad (iceberg lettuce and tomato); 1 serving baked beans; 2 rolls; 2 mini-cinnamon rolls
8:45 pm: 1/4 cup mixed nuts; Alpsnack; 16.9 oz water
