Day 2, Carrie

10:30am Light and fit yogurt, 20 ounces hot tea
1pm: smart ones chicken enchilada suiza, about 1/4 cup refried beans, baked tostitos
16.9oz water
snack: fiber one chewy bar, diet mt dew
dinner: broccoli cheese soup and turkey sandwich from Panera.
