Note: I'm going to be out of town tomorrow and at least part of Saturday so I'll try to keep a written log of this stuff and post it when I get back. However, I'll be in Niagara Falls so I'm sure it will be a lot less healthy than it normally is. *blush*
6:30am - 1c cherries, 16oz water
8:45am - 20min biking, 16oz water
9:45am - 2 homemade sweet pickles, 16oz water
10:20am - 1sm baked potato, plain - the pickles weren't enough!
11:00am - 16oz water
12:30pm - 1/2c refried beans, 1/2oz jack cheese, 1/2c red peppers, 16oz water
4:40pm - 1c Corn Bran cereal, 16oz water
6:30pm - 4 or 5 chicken wings, 2 slices of pizza (chicken, mushroom, spinach), 1 can of diet pepsi
10:00pm - 16oz water
10:30pm - 2 miles walk
