Yeah, I sucked today.
1 cup Orange Pekoe tea with skim milk
2 eggs that I can only assume were fried
3 slices bacon
2 pieces multigrain toast, buttered
500mL water
1 banana
250mL skim milk
250mL water
1/3c 1% fat yoghurt
250mL water
whole wheat spaghetti in a quasi-carbonara sauce
1c baby carrots
3 or 4 Timbits
2 mini candy canes
a handful of chips

F/V - 3 Water - 1L (crap, no wonder I have a headache)
Exercise - About 1km of trail hiking before my bladder had other plans
