1:30 pm--HUGE salad of spinach, raw broccoli, Great Northern beans, tomatoes, artichoke hearts, pickled beets, olives, drizzled with balsamic and olive oil; whole-wheat pita round
2:45-3:15 pm--walk with dogs, about 1 mile
5 pm--about 1/2 of whole wheat pita half stuffed with provolone and spinach; 1 cup buttered high-protein noodles; 1/2 pint strawberries
10:45 pm--PB and J on whole wheat; handful of mixed nuts; 16.9 oz water
I've been working on a 33.8 oz bottle of water since lunch.
