Day 5 - Timmi

7:30am - 1/2 small cantaloupe
8:15am - 16oz water
9:30am - 16oz water
11:00am - 1cup chicken soup, 16oz herbal tea
1:00pm - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2oz chicken breast, sprouts, 16oz water
1:30pm - 10min Wii tennis
5:00pm - 1c cherries
6:15pm - 1.5c salad, 5 spritzes of Italian dressing
6:30pm - 6oz steak, 8 potato wedges, 1 can of cfdc
7:30pm - 2 miles walking, 16oz water
9:00pm - 1 serving light hot chocolate, 1 mini-bag Smart Pop
---
F/V - 5, H2O - 92oz, Exercise - 10min Wii tennis, 2 miles walk
