Day 6- Carrie

11:30 1 cup honey bunches of oats, 1/2 cup skim milk
4:00 Fiber One chewy bar, light and fit yogurt cup, DMD
4:30 16.9 oz crystal light
6:00 about 2.5 cups salad with approximately 2 tsp dressing and a splash of balsamic vinegar.
one piece of pepperoni-less pepperoni pizza, 16.9oz crystal light
7:00 5 cashews, second piece of pizza.
8:30 10 cashews
9:45ish: smart ones fudge cake dessert, 220 calories. caffeine free diet coke

Exercise: 20 minutes elliptical

Eye: less red than before
