Well, the bleeding has increased so I think I may wait to walk. Yesterday I had some cramping and a bunch of bleeding at the tail end of my walk and I don't know if it was related.

Doing a new titling sequence. It's 40 days until I hit Prague so I'm doing a countdown. I'm also going to be ramping up the walking so as to prepare myself for the walking on the trip. =) Also? Cutting out pop because I'm going caffeine-free in prep for a future pregnancy.

Way over points today but meh. I'm not going to sweat it too much as next week will be a lot better. Fewer 'special' days, you know?

Plum(.5), nectarine(1), 100 calorie nutty bar(3).
