Exercise:
8min run+10min walk
Food:
Breakfast: 1c cherries (1), .5c cottage cheese (2)
Lunch: 2sl bread (2), 55gr chicken (1), 1c grape tomatoes
Snack: corn on the cob (1), 1c grapes (1), fudgesicle (2)
Dinner: 150gr chicken (3), 1c broccoli
Snack: 2sl bread (2), 1c mushrooms, 1sl lf cheese (1), 1c strawberries (1), 1 lime, .5c limeade (1), 4 crackers (2), 1sl cheddar (2)
