Day 11

Exercise:
8min run + 10min walk, 2mile walk
Food:
Breakfast: .5c cottage cheese (2), 1c strawberries (1)
Lunch: corn on the cob (1), 1.5c cucumber, 80gr beef jerky (4)
Snack: fudgesicle (2)
Dinner: 2sl bread (2), 1sl lf cheese (1), 1c broccoli
Snack: Tootsie Roll (6), 2sl cheese (2), 2sl bread (2)
