Doing a new titling sequence. It's 40 days until I hit Prague so I'm doing a countdown. I'm also going to be ramping up the walking so as to prepare myself for the walking on the trip. =) Also? Cutting out pop because I'm going caffeine-free in prep for a future pregnancy.
Exercise:
1hour walking, 10min run, 1hour walking
Food:
Breakfast: .5c cottage cheese (2), 1c golden raspberries (1)
Lunch: 150gr chicken breast (3), 1c grape tomatoes
Snack: 1c cherries (1), light hot chocolate (1), 4 pappadums (2), 1c cucumber
Dinner: 150gr chicken breast (3), 1.5c broccoli
Snack: .5c cottage cheese (2)
