Week 5

Day 29 - 29 points, no exercise except for a bunch of housework and laundry (up and down the basement stairs many times)

Day 30 - 29 points, plus I used 7 of my weekly points (went to Wendys for lunch), 30 minutes on the bike

Day 31 - 29 points, no exercise

Day 32 - 29 points, 15 minutes on the bike

Day 33 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 34 - 28 points, plus a weekly point, no exercise today

Weigh-in today - I lost another 2 pounds for a total loss of 9.8 pounds. I also lost a daily point finally. David lost 3 pounds and is down 15.2 pounds overall!

Day 35 - 28 points, plus 19 weekly points, no exercise

I used 27 weekly points this week.

Week 4

Day 22 - 29 points, 3 hours of raking and cutting grass = plenty of exercise for today

Day 23 - 29 points, no exercise except for a bit of yardwork

Day 24 - 29 points, 35 minutes on the bike

Day 25 - 28 points, 15 minutes on the rowing machine this afternoon and another 30 minutes this evening

Day 26 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 27 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Weigh-in today - I'm down another 2 pounds (7.8 overall) and David lost 1 pound (12.2 pounds overall). Next week, I should lose a daily point finally. =)

Day 28 - 29 points, no exercise today

I used 31 weekly points this week.

Day 18 - 28.5 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 19 - 28 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 20 - 29 points, no exercise today (other than housework)

Weigh-in today - I'm down another 1.8 pounds, so 5.8 overall. David is down another 3, so 11.2 pounds overall. I lost another inch off my waist, too! =)

Day 21 - 29 points, no exercise today

I used 33 weekly points this week.

Week 2

Day 8 - 29 points, plus 5 of my weekly points (went out for supper for our anniversary), no exercise today

Day 9 - 27 points, 30 minutes on the bike and some housework

Day 10 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 11 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 12 - 28 points, 30 minutes on the bike, and two inches lost off my waist already! =)

Day 13 - 28 points, 30 minutes on the bike

I weighed myself and I'm down another 1.8 pounds, so 4 pounds overall! David is down 8.2 pounds overall. =)

Day 4 - 28 points, 30 minutes on the bike, plus housework

Day 5 - 28.5 points, 30 minutes on the bike

Day 6 - 28 points, spent 4 hours installing our new garage door opener this afternoon

Weighed myself today. I'm down 2.2 pounds from Monday. David is down 6.6 pounds!

Day 7 - 29 points, plus I used 15 of my 35 weekly points, no exercise today
