Day 22 - 29 points, 3 hours of raking and cutting grass = plenty of exercise for today
Day 23 - 29 points, no exercise except for a bit of yardwork
Day 24 - 29 points, 35 minutes on the bike
Day 25 - 28 points, 15 minutes on the rowing machine this afternoon and another 30 minutes this evening
Day 26 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike
Day 27 - 29 points, 30 minutes on the bike
Weigh-in today - I'm down another 2 pounds (7.8 overall) and David lost 1 pound (12.2 pounds overall). Next week, I should lose a daily point finally. =)
Day 28 - 29 points, no exercise today
I used 31 weekly points this week.
