My goals for next week: increase my F/V servings, and do some sort of toning exercises every night in addition to my cardio.
10:30 Light and fit yogurt, 1/4c raisins, 20oz hot tea.
11:00 20 min elliptical, 16.9oz water
12:35 1/2 WW pita, 1 egg and 1 white scrambled, 1 slice 2% cheese, about 2t light miracle whip, 10 baked doritos, 20oz crystal light
2:30 the rest of my doritos to = 1 serving, fiber one chewy bar, diet mt dew.
6:00 about 1 tomato and 1/4 of a cucumber, vinegar and oil, sprinkle of feta. piece of leftover pizza. caffeine free diet coke.
6:20: bowl of watermelon
6:30 walked around the block at a Jack pace, bottle of crystal light
9:30 frosted mini wheats, skim milk, caffeine free diet coke.
F/V: 5
H2O: 56.9 oz
Eye: Bruised
Exercise: 20 min elliptical, leisurely walk
