Ok. I didn't eat breakfast, but I did log everything I ate/drank down today.
6:24am 8-oz water
7:30am 16.9-oz water

11:15am 1 Weight Watchers caramel snack cake
12:10pm 16.9-oz water
12:35pm 1 can Pregresso Chicken Noodle Soup, and about 10 Club crackers
1:10pm 16.9-oz water
3:00-3:15pm Attempted aerobics, failed miserably.
5:30pm 1 boneless pork chop, stuffing and green beans, 1/2 glass sweet tea
6:45pm Small bowl of Cookies and Cream frozen yogurt
7:30pm 16-oz White Grape/Cherry juice
7:50pm 80 crunches

I would totally be floating away if I drank that much water. =) I'm impressed that you tried an aerobics tape/dvd for 15min. I think I could last maybe... 5 minutes? Maybe.
I can certainly feel the effects of the 15 mins of aerobics today. I obviously worked my legs very well. I can feel it in my inner thighs, the backs of my thighs and my butt. haha
