4:45 i just ordered chinese food for dinner. normally i would have feasted on sweet and sour chicken over a bed of lo mein and white rice. and then, after i was full, i'd have eaten some more, because you know that stuff doesn't reheat well, so why save it? But, this time I was swayed by their menu, which says: Healthy Dieter Food for Weight Watcher Can Be Prepared If Required. So, from their Diet Dishes section, I ordered steamed snow peas and broccoli (which comes with some sort of sauce on the side?). I am currently making my brown rice. And, to be safe (in case that stuff sucks), I got a small order of chicken with garlic sauce. I'll let you know how I fare.
update: I got a giant container of broccoli and snow peas, with a huge container of brown sauce (seriously, like enough for an order of soup). so, i had 1/2 cup brown rice, tons of veggies, some chicken from the garlic chicken, and a little of the brown sauce. the sauce was pretty sweet though, so i'm sure it was bad. i had enough brown rice and veggies left that i split it into 3 containers with a little bit of chicken and a sprinkle of sauce, so i have 3 meals left. 20oz crystal light
7:30 2 servings of those rice cake things (Quaker Quakes), handful of peanut m&ms.

10:30 no sugar added pudding cup
