12:30pm - small turkey and roast beef sub w/mayo and sauteed onion, kettle chips
(Been slowly nursing a Cherry Coke Zero all day, I think I've had a whopping 10-oz of it as of now)
3:30pm - WW fudge bar
4:00pm - 16-oz water
5:30pm - 16-oz water
6:30pm - 2 small hamburger patties, no bread, baked fries
7:30pm - hot fudge sundae
9:30pm - 16-oz water
