Day 5 - Anna

1 cup English Breakfast tea with skim milk
3 pancakes with butter
1/2 c 1% yoghurt
1 pear
500mL water
1 banana
1 apple
250mL water
2 slices multigrain toast with peanut butter and honey
500mL water
1 small hamburger made with lean beef, almost 1/2c of veggies for toppings, white bun
2 servings frozen green peas
500mL water
500mL chocolate milk
120g of cream-filled Devil's Food cake snack cakes (with 0.5g trans fats! And it was gooood!)

F/V - 6 Water - 2.25L Exercise - about 1km walking. Was going to do weights tonight but who am I kidding.
