Day 5-Kim

7:00am 64oz of water, 1 packet of kashi go lean oatmeal, 24oz green tea
8:40am string cheese
9:00am 64oz of water, can of chickpeas with a tablespoon of olive oil and seasoning. I didn't finish the whole can at once but kept coming back to it.


My goals are to reduce my saturated fats from animal sources(ie:my cheese habit), get my daily healthy fats from nuts or oil, keep eating my veggies and fruits, reduce simple carbs a bit(mmm bagels), and increase protein quite a bit. Hence the chickpeas.
