Day 7 - Timmi

OK, goals for next week? Keep up with the fruits and vegetables and the water. Increase exercise to at least 15min every day. Also, see if my knee can handle planks yet. It couldn't last week so we'll see how that goes.

8:30am - 1c cherries, 16oz water
10:15am - Clif Luna bar, 16oz water
2:30pm - 2 slices whole wheat bread, 2oz chicken breast, sprouts, 1c cherry tomatoes, 16oz water
4:15pm - 20min Wii tennis, 16oz water
6:30pm - 3oz baked chicken breast, 1/2c rice, 1/2c refried beans, 1 bottle of Coke Zero
8:15pm - 5km walking
9:00pm - 16oz water
10:00pm - sugar-free pudding cup

F/V - 5, H2O - 76oz, Exercise - 20min Wii tennis, 3miles walking
