Day 2 - Timmi

I'm so happy that everyone posted yesterday. Yay! Let's try to keep it up. =)

8am - 2 slices of whole wheat toast, 16oz herbal tea
9:15am - 16oz herbal tea
10:45am - 2c fruit salad, 16oz water (trying to finish a huge fruit salad)
1:00pm - Chex Mix - now I feel queasy and unwell =(
5pm - 16oz water
5:45pm - 16oz water
6:00pm - 20min Wii tennis
8:00pm - soup with 1/3c rice noodles, 2oz chicken breast, mushrooms, 12oz cfdp
9:30pm - walk 5km
10:15pm - 16oz water

F/V - 5, H2O - 108oz, Exercise - 20min Wii, 5km walk (45min)
