10:40 2 nutrigrain blueberry waffles with SF syrup
working on some crystal light.
11:30 Mowed front lawn
12:45 Last batch of old chinese food (1/2c brown rice, broccoli and snow peas, little bit of chicken, brown sauce), about 1/2 cup diced tomato with light vinaigrette and an extra splash of balsamic, jack's pizza crust.
4:30 a couple of raisins, another of jack's pizza crusts, 20oz crystal light
6:45 2 raviolis leftover from the other night. they were gross so i threw them out. had a bowl of kashi go lean crunch with skim milk.
7:30 PB&Honey sandwich on spongey white bread. I'm nervous and needed comfort food.
8:30 Nutty bar.
9:30 no sugar added pudding, another bottle of crystal light

I didn't do very well on my goals for last week. Well, I guess I did increase my F/V, but I did not do the toning exercises I was supposed to. I guess that will be this week's goal until Matt gets here!
Somehow, I lost .8 overnight.
