6:15am - 8-oz water
7:45am - 16.9-oz water
9:30am - 16.9-oz water
10:30am - 100 calorie pack of Ritz Toasted Chips
11:45am - 16.9-oz water
12:45pm - WW Smart Ones Salisbury steak w/mac and cheese
1:00pm - Yoplait strawberry-banana yogurt
1:30pm - 16.9-oz water
6:30pm - Hamburger on potato roll, potato salad and some potato chips (damn, sense a theme here?), sweet tea
8:30pm - Special K Red Berries and minimal amount of milk
9:15pm - 16-oz water
