Day 5 - Angie

6:15am - 8-oz water
7:45am - 16.9-oz water
10:00am - 16.9-oz water, 100 calorie pack of Lorna Doone shortbread
12:30pm - WW Smart Ones Three Cheese Ziti, 16.9-oz water
2:10pm - 16.9-oz water
3:30pm - 1 mile on recumbent bike
3:50pm - about 15 Tostidos flour tortilla chips with salsa
5:30pm - Cheeseburger pie (Oh GOD it was good), green beans, glass of sweet tea
6:30pm - bowl of Rice Chex cereal
7:45pm - 2 miles on recumbent bike
8:30pm - 16 oz water


Water: 91.6-oz
F/V: 1 (the ziti has tomato sauce. haha)
Exercise: 3 miles on bike

How are the flour Tostitos?

They're really good. I'm sold on them. ;) Especially since I can't eat corn tortillas. These taste a lot better to me as well.
