Here's a question that I doubt anyone else needs an answer to -- how do we report food that didn't stay down? I lost of lot of my fruits and veggies that way today.
750mL water
1 cup English Breakfast tea with skim milk
1/4c raisins
1 apple
*1/8th of a large cucumber
1 banana
1/4c Mutligrain Life cereal with skim milk
carrot sticks*(this is the food that didn't want to live in my stomach)
1/2 tin of water-packed tuna, drained and rinsed
1 piece of toast multigrain toast with peanut butter and honey
5 cheese perogies
3/4c frozen corn
1 sucker
300mL iced tea (the sugary crap from a powder, not good stuff I made myself)
500mL water
I know what I'm eating later tonight so I'll just post that now
1/2c frozen peas
1 packet Fun Dip
about a litre of water
---------------------
F/V - 4.5+ stuff that didn't stay
H20 - 2.25L
---------------------
For exercise I walked Elise to school and back. According to the wonder that is the Internet, I've walked 9km today. I might fit in another 1-1.5km tonight, depending on what my friend Stacey feels like doing.

Well, I guess it would depend on how long it stayed down? Personally, I'd count it all because you ate it, dang it. =) It wasn't your choice for it to not stay inside of you. =)
I see the baby doesn't like carrots. haha
The baby loves carrots, damn it. Oddly enough, this was the first case of morning sickness I've had all pregnancy and I'm almost six damned months along.
