Day 1-Kim(SSlily)

Breakfast- Onion bagel with 1 ounce of brie
Lots of water(I don't know if I should start keeping track but it's...a lot, 2+ gallons a day)

2:30pm spinach salad(1 large tomato, a cup or so of raw broccoli florets, several cups of baby spinach, 2tbsp low fat ranch dressing, lemon juice)
12oz of green tea w/tsp. of splenda
4oz of crystal light

4pm 2 canned pineaple rings and 24oz of water

4:30pm 20 minutes of fairly high intensity treadmill
1 liter of water

5pm Smoothie(1/2 banana, 1/2c blackberries, 1/2 pineapple 1cup fat free milk)

at about 5:30 I started feeling really light headed and jittery(perhaps reaction to all the fruity sugar from the smoothie) and got all bingey feeling.

I ate about a cup of frozen banana slices, 2oz of brie, and 2 oranges rapiiiiidly. And then I had...

Dinner: 1.5 cups of "new" potatoes(red skinned) with white gravy(not super fatty the kind from the mix) and about 1/2 cup of asparagus. 640z of water sometime around here too.

I was overly full and unhappy after dinner and le mini binge. I want treats. I won't eat treats.

Day summary: Lots of vegetables and water as usual. Go me! But I ate too much, as usual.
