8:45am: 2 cups Froot Loops, 1 cup milk, 1 cup coffee with creamer and 5 tsp sugar
11:00am: 2 fried fish portions (small), 1 tsp ketchup, 2 pieces whole wheat bread, 1.5 cups macaroni & cheese, 8 ounces Coke
5:30pm: 2 cups CocoNilla Rice Krispies, 1 cup milk, 1 can Mountain Dew Code Red
10pm: 6 ounces Wild Cherry Pepsi and 1 handful Grippo's Barbecue potato chips
Amy did nothing exercisey because she was laaaaazy and heeeeeadachey.

I reminded you, woman. =) It's all about recording and adding in the fruits and veggies. Next week is when we try to figure out how we can improve. =)
