6:30pm Tendercrisp chicken sandwich, fries, 16-oz Crystal Light Fruit Punch
7:30pm 40 crunches (I forgot, I did 10 on each side in addition, for my obliques)
8:30pm 16 oz water
9:00pm bowl of Rice Chex
10:30pm 16-oz water
No, today wasn't a strict day with me. I think Sundays will be my more laxed days.
