day 13-Carrie

9:30 20oz hot tea
9:45 light and fit yogurt
11:00 16.9oz crystal light
1:30 Big salad with Newman's Own Light Balsamic Vinaigrette(i like that stuff), leftover chinese food with 1/2 cup brown rice, DMD
2:30 bowl of watermelon
3:15 fiber one chewy bar
5:45 2 pieces of pizza, DMD
7:00 16.9oz crystal light
8:30 bowl of watermelon
8:45 1 slice of bread with PB and honey. wtf is wrong with me?
10:00 100 calorie pack of chips ahoy. DMD

I don't really think I'm hungry, I just can't stop thinking about food. And the longer I think about it, the more I need to eat it.
