Day 2-Kim (SSlily)

9:30am-ish 1/2 cup of flax cereal(180c/2.5f/8gp), 1/2 cup fat free milk(80c/0f/9p), 1 banana
started 1-64oz cup o' water, and 12oz cup of green tea

11:30 Bagel with a cheeeeeese slice(yes the plastic wrapped sort)

1pm started another 64oz of water, and had an apple

3:30ish repeated breakfast because I was light headed and needed to go grocery shopping

4:20ish started another 64oz of water and had about 20 salt and vinegar chips(serving size, 10g fat) and 3 reduced fat chips ahoy(the concept makes me giggle, husband picked them out)
