For the next week, I'm going to aim for 20min exercise daily and 10min of weights of some kind.
6:30am - 1c strawberries, 16oz water
8:30am - walked 3+ miles
9:50am - 1c cherries, 16oz water
10:20am - 15min manual lawn mowing, 16oz water
11:40am - 2slices whole wheat, 2oz turkey, sprouts, 16oz water
3:10pm - 1c grape tomatoes, 16oz water
4:15pm - 2tbsp Benadryl (for dosing and timing purposes)
6:00pm - 2c chicken pho, 4oz diet pepsi
8:45pm - 8oz water
9:30pm - 2slices whole wheat, 2/3oz cheddar cheese, 1 can of cfdc

F/V - 7, H2O - 100oz, Exercise - 3miles walking, 15min mowing
