9:00am Bowl of Jimmy Dean Skillet stuff (eggs, potatoes, onions, peppers and bacon), 10-oz white grape/cherry juice
12:30pm 16-oz water
2:00pm 16-oz water
2:30pm WW Smart Ones cookie dessert (too late for lunch, not real hungry)
6:30pm Grilled filet mignon, lots and lots of grilled onions (sorry Amy, but they were GOOOOOOOOOOOOOOD!), roasted potatoes, and half a glass of sweet tea.
I WILL do some kind of exercise later (crunches, more than likely), since my damn elliptical machine has a manufacturer's defect. Grrr
8:00pm attempted kickboxing, failed. Attempted dancing, failed. Did 60 crunches.
