Sunday, Day 5

8 am--1 cup coffee
8:30 am--Clif bar
11:15 am--Communion wafer, sip of wine ;)
12:45-1:30 pm--10 miles on stationary bike; 16.9 oz water
1:35 pm--Alpsnack bar
2:15 pm--great big salad of spinach with cauliflower, 1/2 cup Great Northern beans, tomatoes, olives with balsamic and olive oil; 1 whole-wheat pita round
7 pm--about 1 cup high-protein whole-grain noodles with organic canned tomatoes, sun-dried tomatoes, marinated roasted red peppers, and 1 slice provolone cheese
7:20 pm--about 1 cup ice cream
10:15 pm--Drumstick ice cream treat
