Bad, bad me. I am sorry! Here is what I have eaten since Tuesday:
Tuesday:
9:00--2 cups Lucky Charms, 1 cup milk, 9 ounces of Coke, and an oatmeal raisin cookie that knew my name
11:30--1 1/2 cups cheesy noodle thingies, 1 chicken with some kind of creamy sauce with mushrooms, 8 ounces of Coke, and an oatmeal raisin cookie that also knew my name.
2:30--1 piece of yellow cake with lemon icing that was freaking delicious
Throughout the day--5 peppermint candies
5--1 package of Ramen noodles and a Wild Cherry Pepsi, 2 small cupcakes, handful of Grippos potato chips
10:45--1 glass of milk
Wednesday:
7:00--1 small cupcake with chocolate-cherry icing that called to me before I left for work.
7:22--1.5 cup Cheerios, 1/2 cup milk, and a small banana (SEEEE!!!! NOOOOO SUGAR OR COKE!!! Aren't you impressed, hmmm, humm?) :D
9:29--Chocolate chip muffin, 10 ounces Coke
12--1/2 of a small piece of grilled chicken (maybe 1/4 cup?), 1/3 cup scalloped potatoes with bacon, 6 ounces Coke, 1/2 roll, 1/3 cup peaches
Throughout the day--Two Sweettart Easter candies
5:50--Hamburger with bun, cheese, ketchup, and Miracle Whip, 1 can Code Red
7--Half a bottle of water (which is now missing; what the hell?)
Throughout the evening--I shared two small cupcakes with Steven and had about 20 ounces of orange Kool-Aid.
Thursday! Looooook, Mom, I'm caught up!
7--1 Sweettart duck and 8 M&Ms
9:30--2 cups Lucky Charms, 10 ounces Coke
12:30--1 bowl chicken & dumplings, 10 ounces Coke
3--1 peach roll/donut thingie, 10 ounces Sprite (well, I'm trying. I am.)
9--1 hamburger with cheese, Parmesan cheese, ketchup, and mayo, 1 Vanilla Coke, 3 Lays potato chips, 2 small cupcakes that Steven helped me finish off (well!? The icing was getting icky. I had to eat them.)
9:33--I am currently consuming Code Red. If I still wish for liquid refreshment, I promise I'll drink water.

Ooooh! I forgot. Wednesday I cut the front yard for 45 minutes.
Actually, my next door neighbour (well, the previous one) tackled her eating by starting with eating healthily at breakfast. Once she got the hang of that, she added lunch and so on. =) Thus, your no-sugar added breakfast is a great start. =)
