12:15pm - 1 C. yellow rice, 16.9-oz water
2:00pm - WW snack cake
4:30pm - flour tortilla chips and salsa
I don't know what happened, but I went nuts with the flour tortillas and salsa.
5:00pm - diced pears
5:45pm - 2 bowls rice chex and minimal amount of milk
7:45pm - 60 crunches
8:30pm - WW ice cream sandwich
