Day 9 - Timmi

Small note: if you guys see me decreasing my food intake drastically? Please feel free and welcome to call me on it. It's an issue I have trouble with, as embarrassing as it is to admit.

8:00am - 1.5c watermelon, 16oz water
9:15am - 15min biking = 5km
10:00am - 15+min Wii tennis, 16oz water
11:30am - 1/2c cucumber, 2slices whole wheat bread, 2oz chicken breast, sprouts, 16oz water
2:45pm - 1.5c watermelon, 16oz water
5:30pm - rotisserie chicken breast, 2/3c potato wedges, 1 can of Coke Zero
7:40pm - 20min Wii sports, 1 can Coke Zero
9:00pm - 16oz water

F/V - 8, H20 - 80oz, Exercise - 5km biking, 15min Wii tennis, 20min Wii sports
