Wednesday

7:30 am--1 cup coffee; bowl of Kashi GoLean with soymilk

12 pm--peanut butter and honey sandwich on whole wheat; 1 piece of string cheese

4:30 pm--about 5 oz. roasted pork loin; 4 new potatoes; about 1 cup cooked carrots; about 3/4 cup brussels sprouts with margarine; homemade fruit-juice gelatin

6 pm--1 blondie brownie

7 pm--bowl of cherries

8 pm--Sweet 'n' Salty granola bar

9 pm--microwave popcorn, the WHOLE BAG
