1:45pm - 16oz water
3:45pm - 1.5c veggies (carrots and celery sticks), 2Tbsp ranch dip
5:45pm - 10min biking, 60 crunches, 4x30second planks
6:30pm - 3oz chicken breast, 1c vegetable soup
8:00pm - 1.5c watermelon
8:30pm - Clif Luna bar
10:00pm - 2 slices whole wheat toast, 16oz water

OK, so it's been 5 weeks. I've seen a bit of a change but not enough for my satisfaction. I have 10 weeks until my vacation and my goal is to lose 30lbs. John weighed me this morning so he'll be keeping track. To do this, I will increase exercise to 35min/day and add in 10min of biking and 50 crunches and 120seconds of planks.
Also, I think we should aim to continue with the fruits/vegetables, water and exercise and add in either trying one new food/recipe a week or trying one new type of exercise. For this, it's fine if you just haven't eaten or done it in like 5-10 years. Everyone game for that?
