7:30 am--1 cup coffee
9 am--two cookies (one snickerdoodle and one chocolate chip), 1 cup coffee
1 pm--two black bean burritos
6:30 pm--about 3/4 cup barbecue beef and onions; 1 baked potato with about 1 tsp. margarine and 1/2 oz. cheddar cheese; 11 stalks asparagus
8 pm--bowl of cherries (fresh, unpitted)
9:30 pm--handful of Triscuits; about 1/4 cup mixed nuts
I've got a killer cold, so I've been drinking water like a fiend. I'm pretty sure it's working.
