Day 16 - Timmi

5:40am - 20min biking
6:00am - 16oz water
1:00pm - cheeseburger, 6 onion rings, 24oz water, 8oz diet pepsi
4:30pm - small kitkat blizzard, 16oz water
9:45pm - 1.5c chicken pho, 16oz water
11:30pm-6:30pm - 10+ miles walking

OK, so fruits and vegetables were a bit of a joke today but I got lots of water and exercise. =)
