This was a planned day off. I'll list the foods I ate, but not keeping track of amounts, times or fruits/vegetable servings or water. I did play Wii tennis for 35min, though. =)

What I've learned from this? Eating poorly makes me feel like crap. The potato chips and Milk Duds were like lead in my stomach. I went back to at least semi-OK eating. I even only had 1/2c of the Mayan Chocolate ice cream because it WAS ENOUGH. That was a really nice feeling, actually.
